Although I go by glasseyedave my real name is David Griffin.  I have four children and have been happily married for 20 years! For years I have wrestled with the Republican party and its every increasing need to compromise with the left.  If the Republican party really believes they have the answer there is no room for bipartisanship.  Bipartisanship is only a code word for the opportunity for the right to move a little more to the left why the left keeps moving left.  I can think of no circumstances where the left has ever moved right.

I use the name glasseyedave as a way to explain who I am.  I look at life and politics from a different a perspective as a glass eye would.  My convictions of how the founding documents define America is what I wish to express on the blog.

I fundamentally believe that our rights do not come from any government or piece of paper.  Our founding documents only recognize the rights that come to man from God.
